Job Description
FirstCarbon Solutions (FCS) is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Environmental Analyst (CG02/03) to join our multidisciplinary environmental consulting team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy research, writing, and problem‑solving, and who are eager to build a career supporting California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance.
The Environmental Analyst will collaborate with project managers and technical specialists across multiple disciplines—including biology, cultural resources, noise, air quality, and greenhouse gas emissions—to support the preparation of environmental documents for public and private development projects.
Compensation: $22 - $30 Hourly

This position will report to the Project Manager. This role is open to On-call, Part-time or Full time working arrangements. This role can work in-person from a traditional office environment or work hybrid splitting time working from home and our Walnut Creek Office.
