Qualifications

You are a compassionate, patient, and dependable individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You are comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings to support clients with independent living skills, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges. While prior behavioral health experience is a plus, it is not required as we provide comprehensive training.

 Direct Care Staff -Supported Living Services (Part-Time & Full-Time)
No Experience Needed- We will Train!

Location: Santa Clara County, CA | San Jose, Santa Clara, and surrounding cities

What You’ll Do:

  • Support clients with independent living skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene)

  • Document client progress via case notes

Who You Are:
