About the Role:Join our dynamic team at Port Orchard Point S Tire & Auto Service as a Lube and Tire Tech! In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of vehicle maintenance, ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe and running smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes and tire rotations efficiently and accurately.
• Replace and repair tires as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for fluid leaks and other maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate service recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• TIA certifications are a plus but not required.
