About the Role

We're excited to welcome an enthusiastic Member Relationship Representative (MRR) to our branch team! In this role, you'll provide personalized financial guidance, open new accounts, process loan applications, and support a variety of member needs.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in identifying the right financial solutions while building meaningful relationships that help improve our members' financial well-being. As an MRR, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our members by:

• Educating and guiding members on financial products tailored to their needs
• Opening new accounts and onboarding while providing ongoing support
• Taking and processing consumer loan applications
• Supporting day-to-day branch operations, including transactions and account inquiries
• Engaging with members to build lasting relationships through in-person and phone interactions
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve goals

We're looking for someone adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy building relationships and helping people succeed, are confident in your sales approach and comfortable recommending financial solutions, and communicate clearly and professionally, you'll likely thrive in this role.
