Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for donors and community supporters
• Provide timely, professional, and courteous responses to inquiries and requests
• Support planning and execution of community events, outreach programs, and fundraising initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and confidential information within CRM systems and databases
• Track supporter engagement and assist in preparing reports on campaign performance and relationship development
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and development teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Contribute ideas to improve the supporter experience and strengthen long-term relationships
• Stay informed on best practices in customer service and community engagement
