Luminator is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who will serve as the primary contact for customers, vendors, and suppliers—managing inquiries, supporting orders, tracking deliveries, and partnering with internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and providing a great overall customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, communicative, and committed to helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers across phone, email, and Salesforce by handling inquiries, orders, complaints, and product details.
  • Record and keep track of customer interactions, including orders, inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved by coordinating with the right departments.
  • Assist in managing purchase orders, RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations), and quotes.
  • Collaborate with teams to keep deliveries on schedule and meet customer expectations.
  • Create and manage new customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate.
  • Access and update customer portals and respond promptly to customer requests.
  • Ensure accuracy in orders by confirming customer purchase orders match company quotes.
  • Update and distribute weekly reports, track order changes, and assist with forecasting.
  • Coordinate with Sales on any additional information needed from customers.

Qualifications:
  • 0-3 years in customer service; experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Understanding of customer service principles, along with basic sales and administrative practices.
  • Active listener with strong communication skills (verbal and written), and able to think critically to solve issues and help customers.
  • Willing to work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems is a bonus.

Preferred Skills/Competencies: 
  • Highly organized, Goal‑driven, and able to prioritize in a fast‑moving environment while communicating confidently with leaders and partner teams.

Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Additional Details:  This is a fulltime flex Hybrid schedule. 3 days in office 2 days remote.
