Job Description:
 Join Royals Hot Chicken and be part of a team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, fun environment. As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll be part of a close team that creates the best Hot Chicken in the commonwealth of Kentucky. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with both Front and Back of House teams.
  • Uphold food safety standards.
  • Complete daily opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills and communication.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety guidelines is a plus

Physical Demands:

  • Stand, bend, and move throughout shifts.
  • Lift and carry up to 40 lbs; work in noisy and occasionally hot environments.
  • Safely handle cleaning chemicals.
