Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the entertainment and media industry. As a Production Assistant, you will be an essential part of our production process, supporting various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Assist production staff with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Help set up and break down equipment, props, and materials before and after shoots.
Coordinate and distribute production schedules, call sheets, and other essential documents.
Manage and track inventory of production supplies and equipment.
Facilitate communication between different departments including directors, cast, and crew.
Provide logistical support such as arranging transportation, meals, and accommodations.

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in film, media, or related field is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.
