We are looking for a lover of nature to maintain our grounds, gardens, flowerbeds, shrubbery, trees and lawns. Maintain the lawns on a seasonal basis. Trim, prune, shape, and plant various trees, bushes, shrubs and other plants as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Maintain gardens, flowerbeds and shrubbery as necessary. Maintain all outside water lines and equipment as necessary. Keep grounds free of debris and hazards. Provide preventative maintenance on equipment and general maintenance within and around the community as needed. Liaise with outside vendors. Assist Plant Operations Director as needed. 

What you will need for this position:

  • Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous grounds keeping is preferred, but not necessary.
  • An equivalent combination of experience, education, and other qualifications may be considered.
  • Must have a valid Drivers’ License.
  • Must possess minor carpentry, painting and mechanical skills.
