Qualifications
You are a Registered Nurse with a strong understanding of cardiac, medical, and surgical patient care. You are responsible for coordinating patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, recognizing the physical and psychosocial needs of diverse age groups. You will be provided with comprehensive orientation and mentorship opportunities to foster professional growth.

Job Description
RN- Telemetry/Observation Unit
- 30-bed unit specializing in cardiac, medical, and surgical patients
- Individualized, comprehensive orientation program.
- Residency program for new graduates
- Basic Rhythm course, ACLS certification, and NIHSS course provided.
- Mentorship program after orientation

- Full time (average 72 hours biweekly)
- Shift: 12-hour day/night (7-7)
- Every third weekend
- Eligible for weekend differential
The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for implementing, directing and coordinating the care of patients through the use of the nursing process: assessment, planning implementation and evaluation. Included is recognition and treatment of the physical and psychosocial changes unique to the age/population group served on the specific unit.
