Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the engineering staff, the intern will assist with ongoing design and modification of engineering drawings. Responsibilities:  •    Evaluate and revise part prints and make necessary changes if needed •    Create 3D solid models of parts and tools with complimentary print as per industry standards  •    Create assemblies of multi-part components and complementary prints, assembly prints, and instructions •    Assist head engineer in attaining dimensions and tolerances •    Provide engineering support assistance as required QualificationsRequirements: •    Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline. •    Must have experience with AutoCad drawings •    Experience with Solid Works. •    Strong analytical and technical skills •    Proficient in MS office •    Excellent written and verbal skills •    Ability to work independently  •    Ability to work collaboratively problem solve   HRD is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Qualified applications will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by application law.
