Position Summary:

Responsible for overseeing efficient front office check-in/out operations and delivering a consistently positive patient experience. Greets patients, assists with appointment scheduling, and coordinates paperwork, records requests, and new patient appointments for the Chandler location while providing excellent customer service and communication. This is a Monday–Friday position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients; provide excellent customer service
  • Collect, post, and reconcile patient payments; resolve payment issues
  • Register patients and update demographic, insurance, HIPAA, and AOB information
  • Schedule, check in/out patients, manage physician calendars, and arrange follow-up appointments
  • Prepare and send testing procedures; manage paperwork and chart documentation
  • Answer and route calls; monitor faxes and patient callbacks
  • Reconcile daily reports and perform other assigned administrative duties

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
  • Knowledge of insurance processes, medical terminology, and patient reports
  • Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office systems (phones, transcription, computer equipment)
  • Maintains a professional, positive attitude

Education and/or Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ medical experience required.
  • Surgical and/or Medical Oncology experience strongly preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Valid Driver’s License.
