Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) / Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) | Full-Time | Outpatient |

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, play-based therapy while building strong relationships with children and families in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, sensory processing differences, neurological conditions, and genetic disorders. We focus on helping children improve fine motor skills, sensory regulation, visual-motor integration, self-care skills, emotional regulation, and overall independence through individualized, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy.

Your Role:

  • Deliver individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy services to children with developmental and sensory needs
  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans focused on fine motor development, sensory processing, ADLs, visual-motor skills, and self-regulation (OT)
  • Implement treatment interventions and therapeutic activities under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist (OTA)
  • Utilize play-based and sensory-integrative interventions to promote engagement and progress
  • Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
  • Partner closely with families and caregivers to promote carryover and skill generalization
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
  • Degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active state OT or OTA license, or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays preferred
