Job Title: 3rd Shift HI LO Operator

Location: G.Z.Q.S.O., Sterling Heights, MI

Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.)

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly wage

Position Overview:

G.Z.Q.S.O. is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious 3rd Shift HI LO Operator to join our team. The HI LO Operator will be responsible for safely operating high-lift forklifts to move, load, and unload products and materials in a timely and efficient manner during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-lift (HI LO) forklift equipment safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse or production floor.
• Load and unload trucks and stock materials in designated locations.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding work status and issues.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating HI LO or forklift equipment preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
