$750 New Hire Bonus • Part-Time & Full-Time

Pay & Growth Opportunity

Pay: $19–$25 per hour (based on education and experience)

Grow with Us: Not quite Teacher-qualified yet? Start with us as an Aide and we’ll support you every step of the way. We cover the cost of your CDA (Child Development Associate) and provide the guidance and experience needed to grow into a Preschool Teacher role.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

  • PATCH-qualified (or eligible), including:

    • CDA (Child Development Associate), OR

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

  • 6–12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting

  • Passionate, reliable, and committed to early childhood education

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule & Location

  • Full-time positions available

  • Hawaiʻi Kai preschool

  • Weekday daytime hours (no nights or weekends)
