Your Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team as an Customer Insights Co-op from May- December 2026.

The Customer Insights team drives high-value, high-impact work that keeps the voice of the customer at the center of decision-making. With a strong understanding of industry dynamics and customer workflows, we translate external insights into actionable guidance for the organization. Through daily collaboration with cross-functional partners, we ensure customer-informed decisions influence strategy, product, and operations across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Play a key role in developing high-impact digital projects that support engineers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders through innovative and user-focused solutions.
  • Assist in creating guided walkthroughs and digital help experiences within product selection software to improve usability, clarity, and user adoption.
  • Partner with engineering, IT, marketing, and sales teams to understand user needs and translate technical information into intuitive digital tools and resources.
  • Support the design and development of modernized training materials focused on HVAC and ventilation concepts for a variety of audiences.
  • Create visually engaging and easy-to-understand learning content that simplifies complex technical information and improves knowledge transfer.

What you should have:

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing or Computer Science
  • On track to graduate within 1 year or less.
  • Strong visual communication skills with the ability to organize and present information in a clear, user-friendly format.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a Continuous Improvement mindset, as well as emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution, team accountability, high engagement, adaptability, and resilience.

Compensation and Benefits:

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The starting base pay range for this position is $19-24 hour and may vary based type of position and school seniority.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data, and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.  Work may be performed in company’s setting, home, or hybrid.
