Join Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair as a Service Technician and play a key role in the future of our team. You will go to customer homes and service existing customers, maintaining and repairing the high-quality specialty systems we designed and installed for them.

Solid pay and great benefits - Earn between $80,000–$90,000 annually, with base pay starting at $17 an hour. Plus, 8% commission on additional product and service sales, extra install.

Your Impact

Meet with existing customers at pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual inspections or warranty follow-ups, install small projects, and preform annual maintenance.
Ensure complete resolution of customer concerns through consistent follow-up.
Recommend products or services to enhance or improve the original installation or address potential issues.
Suggest additional products and services, offering complementary solutions to help customers protect their most valuable investment long-term.

Requirements

What You Provide

A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
Ability to fit and work in a crawl space
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl
Strong listening and follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English
Ability to travel based on business needs; all travel is planned out in advance
