Position: Room Inspector

Reports to: Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary: Support the Housekeeping team by ensuring all daily operational functions are completed efficiently and to established standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect guest rooms
• Able to perform when needed laundry operation, public area cleaning and guestroom cleaning
• Perform start of day and end of day duties including assigning rooms and daily projects to staff and entering room status in computer system
• Provide a respectful, friendly and fun work environment
• Assist in training new housekeeping team members

Physical requirements:

• This is a working position. Must be hand on at least 70% of the work time. Required to work weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary. Must be flexible with the work schedule based on the demands of the business levels. 
• Stand, walk, and work for extended periods of time. 
• Lift, carry, and push up to fifty pounds and push cart weighing up to 250 pounds.
