Overview:

Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, demonstrate selling skills, ensure that shelves are restocked, maintain cleanliness of store and new merchandise is displayed in appealing manner.   Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, food safety and quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Essential Job Functions – Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers and make them feel welcome in our store.
• Provide accurate information regarding product features and pricing.  Stay up to date with new products and services. 
• Cross-sell and strive to meet daily store sales quotas.
• Operate a computerized cash register accurately and process sales and return transactions in an efficient and accurate manner in a fast-paced environment.   
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, well maintained and organized and new merchandise is displayed in appealing manner. 
• Assist in weekly cycle counts and yearly full store physical inventory.
• Provide customer feedback to Guest Relations Manager
• Additional duties and various projects as needed.
• Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.

• Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to:

• GMP’s
• Allergen Program
• Quality
• Sanitation
• Safety

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role.
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Knowledge of inventory stocking and counting procedures
• Basic math skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to work in a growing, fast-paced retail environment with a positive attitude.
• Must be reliable and flexible, and available to work weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry and push/pull 20-40lbs.
• Ability to be on feet throughout the day.
• Ability to meet attendance guidelines
• Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with all contacts both inside and outside the company

Compensation & Benefits:

• New starting wage is $18.05 / hour (commensurate with experience and location). *Note that rate could change based on shift schedule.
