Responsibilities
Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for providing quality care to residents and supervising nursing assistants. They must also maintain accurate documentation and assist with nursing activities as directed by the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications
You possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio. You have a positive attitude, good health, and the willingness to learn and apply basic management, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in providing direction and supervision to nursing assistants and accurate medical record documentation is preferred.

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio
- Must enjoy working with the elderly and possess a positive ability to work with others
- Must be in good health, no lifting restraints, neat and clean
- Must be willing and able to learn and possess basic management, organizational, and communication skills
- Provide quality care to residents
- Provide direction, assistance, and supervision to Nursing Assistants
- Accurate documentation of medical records
- Assist as directed by the supervisor
- Responsible for nursing activities as designated by the Director of Nursing
- Must project a positive attitude and promote the facility and its staff/residents in a positive manner
- Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
