We are looking for a motivated, energetic Entry Level Outside Sales teammates to join our events marketing team. Outside Sales teams will promote our services at local events as well as home shows and will canvass neighborhoods in our territory as a unified team of representatives. They work together and support one another as they strive to meet both shared and individual goals and set qualified appointments for our In-home Sales Consultants.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working indoors/outdoors, and representing a growing brand in local communities and at local events.

This is an opportunity for development and growth into our In-home Sales Team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Qualified Home Inspection Appointments (roofing, siding, windows, doors etc.)
• Initiate friendly conversations with community members and provide detailed information and or suggestions.
• Track interactions, gather leads, and report activity using mobile devices
• Provide accurate, honest representation of the brand with a focus on professionalism
• Attend team briefings and regularly update the team on outreach performance
• Attend Home Show and other Events in the local area
• Follow company guidelines regarding privacy, data collection, and customer interaction

Who you are:

• You have reliable transportation (gas reimbursement card will be provided)
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• You have basic technology experience; mobile devices, tablets

What We Offer:

• Competitive Hourly Pay + Performance Based Incentives
  • On-Target Earnings: $100,000 - $120,000 depending on performance
• Full time hours- 32-40 per week

Location: This role will start daily out of our office in Bohemia, NY

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

Compensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position. The “Estimate of Total Expected Annual Earnings” listed reflects our good-faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this role, based on factors such as experience, skills, candidate geographic location, state the job is located in, historical trends, and business needs. Actual earnings may vary.
