JOB SUMMARY

Perform stockroom and mail duties. Verify stockroom is properly stocked and supplied. List items for reorder, if necessary. Compile purchases made, billed to the stockroom and prepare monthly IDT form / finding and calling vendors for Credit Card receipts for monthly report and charges. Back to the respective departments charges, Log incoming packages and notify recipients by email that there is a parcel waiting. Distribute packages to recipients and obtain signatures. Other duties assigned.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform stockroom and mail duties/ Handle some Deliveries. Verify stockroom is properly stocked and supplied. List items for reordering, if necessary. Compile purchases made, billed to the stockroom and prepare monthly IDT form and Help getting receipts from vendors for monthly credit card report charge, Back to the respective departments if needed. Log incoming packages and notify recipients by email that there is a parcel waiting. Distribute packages to recipients and obtain signatures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma required. Lab Safety Training, Hazard Communications Training and RCRA Training required and will be provided by Our Safety Officer; Mr. Jose Alvarez for an Hour.

Must be enrolled in a matriculated program and registered at least half-time for Fall 2026

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Sometimes chemicals will need to be brought from the basement stockroom so experience in a lab environment and the completion of the undergraduate chemistry coursework is preferable.
