This role is designed for a self-starter who has mastered the basics and is eager to develop specialized skills in RF systems, site infrastructure, and advanced troubleshooting.

What You’ll Do

  • Technical Installation: Install antennas, radios, mounts, and RF cables with a focus on accuracy and craftsmanship.
  • Systems Integration: Perform cable routing, grounding, and weatherproofing to meet strict code requirements.
  • Testing & Tech: Conduct basic equipment setup, configuration, and assist in testing/troubleshooting and RF studies.
  • Site Management: Maintain flawless site documentation and photo records to ensure project closeouts are seamless.
