Job Description

Company Overview

  • PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation.
  • We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation.

Position Overview

This hands-on internship provides exposure to recruiting, onboarding, warehouse operations, onsite management, new site start-ups, and business development.

You’ll work directly with leadership and operations teams to gain real-world experience across multiple areas of the business — both in the office and inside warehouse environments.

Schedule + Pay

  • Mon-Friday
  • Flexible (approximately 15–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday).
  • Compensation: $15-$18/hour (depending on experience)
  • Internship-to-hire potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting, interviews, and onboarding processes
  • Shadow onsite management teams and support daily operations
  • Gain hands-on warehouse experience alongside operational teams
  • Help support new site launches and client operations
  • Assist with training, employee engagement, and administrative projects
  • Gain exposure to sales and business development initiatives

Requirements

  • Current college student or recent graduate preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in both office and warehouse environments
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Ability to safely lift and move products weighing approximately 30–50 lbs when assisting onsite operations (weight may vary by location)
