In this vital Customer Account Representative role, known internally as Agent Account Representative, you’ll ensure drivers receive their daily and weekly settlement pay on time, every time, while maintaining strict adherence to company policies. Your day will be a mix of processing payments, supporting drivers and agents, and collaborating with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
