Digital Advertising Coordinator

Location: Can be either Remote or Franklin, TN

About the Role

This internal-facing position involves executing and optimizing digital advertising strategy for Acadia-owned brands. Platforms used include, but are not limited to, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, bid management tools, ad copy generators, Google Analytics, and WordPress. This role will also be responsible for creating ad copy and landing page copy for digital advertising marketing, alone or in conjunction with content team and management. Tracks conversions and measures operating and financial metrics. Compiles and analyzes data to refine digital advertising strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with team on delivering desired business outcomes using digital advertising
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly execution of optimization across all areas of digital advertising
  • Execute audits across all areas of digital advertising 
  • Maintain daily operations and functioning of digital advertising platforms, both current and new strategies
  • Achieves desired monthly business outcomes and targeted performance goals within digital advertising
  • Correctly sets up and uses platforms, tracking parameters, and conversion metrics 
  • Analyzes data from digital advertising to refine strategy
  • Executes project tasks, deliver based on set timelines, and communicates effectively
  • Communicate project status and deliverables with co-workers and managers
  • Continuously strives for quality improvement by identifying issues and opportunities
  • Other functions and tasks added as needed for successful project completion

What You’ll Bring 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field (communications, business, etc.) is preferred
  • 1 year of experience working with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and/or Meta Ads Manager is strongly recommended
  • Proficiency with WordPress is preferred
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies 
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames. Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes
  • Capable of working within established policies, procedures, and practices prescribed by the organization 
  • English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels, both internal and external
