Early Childhood Teacher – Infant, Toddler, or Preschool

The Learning Experience – Cascade is seeking a caring and dependable Early Childhood Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating a structured and engaging environment where children build confidence, independence, and early learning skills through hands-on experiences.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with a variety of age groups in a collaborative early childhood setting.

Key Responsibilities

•  Support daily classroom routines across multiple age groups 
•  Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities 
•  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment 
•  Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers 
•  Encourage social-emotional development and classroom participation 
•  Communicate regularly with families and team members 
•  Follow all Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies 

Qualifications

•  High school diploma or GED required 
•  Prior childcare experience preferred 
•  Strong teamwork and communication skills 
•  Reliable and nurturing approach to working with young children 
•  Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
