Infant / Toddler Teacher – Early Learning Classroom
Location: The Learning Experience – Oak Creek, WI
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Oak Creek is seeking a nurturing and dependable Infant / Toddler Teacher to support young learners during a critical stage of early development. This role focuses on creating a safe, responsive classroom environment where children build early communication skills, confidence, and independence through consistent routines and hands-on exploration.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with younger age groups and supporting both caregiving and early learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Support classroom routines for infants and toddlers ages 6 weeks to 24 months 
  •  Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and supervision throughout the day 
  •  Implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage early learning 
  •  Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that meets safety standards 
  •  Support children’s language, social, and sensory development 
  •  Communicate daily updates with families regarding routines and milestones 
  •  Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership 
  •  Follow all Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements and center policies 
Qualifications

  •  High school diploma or GED required 
  •  Prior infant or toddler classroom experience preferred 
  •  Comfortable supporting diapering and feeding routines 
  •  Patient, dependable, and team-oriented 
  •  Must meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements
