Certified Floater Teacher (Infant, Toddler & Preschool) – Sign-On Bonus Available

Location: The Learning Experience – Franklin, MA
Pay: $21–$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Bonus: Sign-on bonus available

Certified Floater Teacher – Multi-Classroom Support Role

The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a certified Floater Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This position provides flexible classroom coverage while helping maintain consistent routines and high-quality learning environments across age groups.

This role is ideal for educators who enjoy variety in their day and working with multiple classroom teams.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Provide classroom support across infant, toddler, and preschool programs 
  •  Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and continuity of care 
  •  Assist with daily routines including activities, meals, diapering, and transitions 
  •  Support implementation of developmentally appropriate learning experiences 
  •  Maintain safe, clean, and organized classroom environments 
  •  Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members 
  •  Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements 
Qualifications

  •  Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required (Infant/Toddler and/or Preschool) 
  •  Prior classroom experience across multiple age groups preferred 
  •  Strong flexibility and classroom management skills 
  •  Reliable, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
