Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

If you have good maintenance skills, a great attitude, and the desire to be a key part of your community’s success by providing exceptional services to your Residents, we want to talk to you! This is a full-time position scheduled to work Tuesday – Saturday. This work schedule will be reviewed on an annual basis.

Summary

Under the supervision and at the direction of a higher-level Maintenance Technician, provides less complicated repairs and preventative maintenance.

Duties

• Exterior painting of curbs, speed bumps as necessary
• On a daily basis, maintains common areas on the property including laundry room(s), office, community room, mailbox area(s), parking lots and carports, trash and recycling enclosures,
• Keep trash and recycling areas clean
• Winter:  snow and ice response, as necessary
• Minor maintenance requests as directed by maintenance team
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with an annual preventative maintenance program consisting of unit inspections

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions
• Must have the ability to complete reports
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents
