Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)  - Full-time

Location: Franklin Country View LTC, part of Franklin General Hospital
Hours: 36 hours per week, varying day shifts:

• 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate total nursing care for residents
• Participate in resident and family education
• Provide leadership and collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and other team members
• Maintain professional nursing standards in a clinical setting
• Utilize PointClickCare for documentation and care management
