What You'll Do

As a Production Operator in Aseptic Beverage Manufacturing, you'll join a fast‑paced, high‑tech production team where safety, quality, and teamwork matter. As a Production Operator, you’ll run and monitor packaging and production equipment in a modern aseptic beverage facility—keeping lines moving efficiently while meeting Kerry’s high standards.

Blending of ingredients has additional responsibility contributing to quality outcomes.

  • Mix and blend batches according to customer formulas
  • Verify ingredients, amounts, and lot numbers
  • Record batch details and maintain accurate documentation
  • Monitor processing controls and address issues quickly
  • Watch for anything that could affect sterility and report mechanical problems
  • Maintain steady product flow to avoid delays
  • Operate a lift truck to move and store ingredients
  • Clean equipment, tanks, rooms, tools, and piping

What You'll Need to Succeed

    • High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old
    • Experience in food or chemical manufacturing preferred (1 year)
    • Prior operation and certification with electric pallet jacks and lift trucks preferred (6 months)
    • Experience with pulling raw material, weighing, measuring, use of RF scanners, and SAP software is a plus
    • Ability to accurately palletize, transport materials to procution and follow food grade regulatory standards
    • Strong attendance, flexibility for overtime, and commitment to safety and GMPs, including PPE usage
    • Attention to detail, math and analytical skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to complete required certifications and promptly report food safety or quality concerns
    • Availability for shift hours 230PM-11PM and overtime Monday - Saturday.

What We Offer

The pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.  Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance.  This job posting is anticipated to expire on May 25, 2026.

Shift hours 230PM-11PM Monday-Friday and Overtime on Saturday.
