Job Description
Join Clariant as an Industrial Room Operator within the Additives & Adsorbents Business Unit, supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role is responsible for operating packaging equipment, following process instructions, and ensuring products meet all quality specifications. You will perform routine machine adjustments, maintain accurate documentation and housekeeping standards, and comply with all safety and operational procedures. The role also supports team communication, training activities, and continuous improvement within the department.
