USESI is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Receiving Associate / Put-Away Machine Operator to join our Distribution Team. This position will be located in our Cranbury, NJ location.

Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM start time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately & efficiently puts away materials using powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment according to dating priority, system assignment, and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Operate put-away machinery and PIT equipment (reach truck, sit-down forklift, etc.) as a primary function of the role
  • Receives and inspect materials for accuracy and damage using Vendor Packing Lists & Purchase Orders according to Standard Operating Procedure
  • Resolves Receiving / Put away / Process exceptions per Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follows all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Is flexible in work assignments, and assists with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receiving, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred
  • Machine operation experience with powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment is REQUIRED
  • Reach truck & sit-down forklift operator experience (certification may be required)
  • Ability to safely lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed company productivity standards
  • Team player with good communication skills
