Maui Brewing Company Restaurants are a direct extension of the values and practices we employ in brewing our handcrafted ales and lagers. We are passionate about the craft beer way of life, using local ingredients, sustainability, and giving back to our local community. We are looking for fun, energetic people excited to represent an environmentally conscious, fiercely local, handcrafted restaurant and brewpub.
Our Waikiki restaurant is looking to grow our FOH team with our Greeter/Retail Sales position. This position is a combined role of hosting, handling to-go orders, and selling MBC merchandise at our retail store in our lower host stand.
We are looking for people excited about our mission and passionate about our values and guest service excellence. As a vital part of our restaurant, the ideal candidate will be someone who is friendly, reliable, quick, organized and can follow safety and sanitation standards. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals looking to start a career in the restaurant industry and are opening this position to those with no experience and ages 18 and over.
The combined lunch & dinner average hourly rate for this position is $20-$30 (Greeter Rate: $14.75/hour + tips; Retail Sales rate: $16/hour + commission).
