Job Description

Reports To: Operations Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Enter data from completed work orders into fleet management program
  • Maintain work pending files.
  • Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules with assistance from maintenance managers. 
  • Create and issue work orders with assistance from maintenance managers. 
  • Maintain fuel reports.
  • Maintain computerized parts inventory.
  • Locate or assist in locating materials required by employees and/or contractors.
  • Monitor data for inconsistencies and errors.
  • Develop and issue computer reports as requested.
  • General clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, posting of notices, and retrieving/distributing mail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Shift/Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday
  • Additional hours may be needed.
