Qualifications

You have a valid driver's license and are comfortable with manual data entry. You are also expected to have experience in case management within a human services or substance use disorder context. A background in social work or a related field is often beneficial for this role.

Division/Department: Human Services – Substance Use Disorder Location: Human Services- As Designated - Onsite Reports To: SUD Lead Recovery Case Manager Probationary Period: 90 days – Full time, 120 days – Part time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Classification: Child-Related CA Driver’s License: Level 3 - Driver’s License is required.  Rate of pay: $ 22.65 - 25.48 hourly.  Sign on Bonus: $2,500 bonus with 2 - year commitment

Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa

The Fond du Lac Reservation is one of six Chippewa Indian Reservations in the state of Minnesota organized as the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe under Section 16 of the Indian Reorganization Act (Wheeler-Howard) of June 28, 1934 as amended. The governing body of the Fond du Lac Reservation is the Reservation Business Committee, which is composed of a Chairperson, Secretary/Treasurer, and Three Representatives; one from District 1, Cloquet; one from District 2 Sawyer; and one from District 3, Brookston. All are elected to four-year terms on a staggered basis with the Chairman and Secretary-Treasurer also serving as members of the Executive Committee of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe. Written personnel policies provide for the daily operation and supervision of tribal programs and staff.
