Coordinate with Noel Navarro at RockyPeak, Inc. on quarterly forecasting model Update real estate cash flow projections for Harvest, Independence Apartments, East Area II and Limco Del Mar with future cash flows and Net Present Values Create 2 lemon models with Vice President of Farming: current state of lemons and future state of lemons trellised for Chik fil A business Support the Accounting team with daily administrative tasks Perform all other duties as directed by the CFO   QualificationsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
