Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Pediatric Outpatient Clinic | Full-time | Longview, TX

You will work alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative outpatient setting, treating a diverse orthopedic and neurological patient population. This role offers the opportunity to build strong patient relationships, deliver high-quality care, and grow your clinical skills within a team that values mentorship, communication, and continuous learning.

Your Role

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient function and independence
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention
  • Document patient progress accurately and efficiently within the EMR system
  • Collaborate with therapists and clinic team members to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Maintain a positive and professional environment that supports patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Current state license or eligibility to obtain state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering patient centered care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
