Qualifications
You possess a minimum of a High School diploma or HiSet certificate and have the ability to obtain the MAADC I credential within the first three months of employment. You are capable of progressing through the Associate Counselor Career Ladder to attain MAADC II by the end of your second year and passing the CRADC exam for CRADC certification by the end of your fourth year.
