Job Description

SHIFT: Monday - Friday, Swing Shift 10AM to 7PM with some flexibility 

POSITION SUMMARY

Located at one of our various locations, the person in this position would assist with various day-to-day responsibilities that may include items from shipping, receiving, manufacturing, along with other tasks assigned to you by your supervisor. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Living Out Lumbermen’s Culture – Leading in and modeling Lumbermen’s core values while creating an atmosphere where Lumbermen’s is ‘first choice’ of our customers.
  • Detail Oriented - Unloading incoming freight, verifying product against enclosed packing lists, sorting material by end destination and putting away excess stock.
  • Preparing Orders - Accurately pulling customer orders and preparing material for shipment
  • Safety - Securing and labeling products for delivery
  • Process - Transferring picked orders to staging area for delivery per the delivery schedule.
  • Open Communication - Assisting in cleaning and maintenance of warehouse.
  • Teamwork - Performing other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
