Hours: Flexible during regular business hours; up to 20 hours per week (12-week internship)

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR department with administrative tasks, employee record management and compliance-related activities. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in core HR operations with a strong focus on documentation, personnel records and regulatory compliance in a healthcare environment. You will assist with maintaining organized and compliant employee records, support audit preparation and help to ensure HR documentation aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
You should be currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field. This role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as ability to work in a database with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The ideal candidate can take direction and then work independently with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
