Your Purpose as a Title Specialist:

  • Prepare and process motor vehicle title paperwork for legal transfer.
  • Submit title work to the NE Department of Motor Vehicles via eDMV.gov.
  • Verify lien payoffs and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding titles, reporting any issues to management.
  • Stay updated on title regulations and provide training to dealership personnel.
  • Maintain an organized work area and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Other job-specific training/requirements
  • Previous title experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Team player with excellent follow-through and communication
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to sit for extended periods in an office setting
