Job Description:

Summary:

The Information Technology Project Intern is involved in our summer hardware refresh, which involves skills in customer support, hardware, and project focused work.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take direction from project managers
• Send and receive emails with careful attention to detail and professionalism
• Schedule appointments in Microsoft Outlook
• Provide technical support over the telephone when necessary
• Other small office duties such as hardware testing & warranty work, inventory management, and other similar duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Education:

• In pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or a related field
• Enjoys being busy, learning and working as part of a team
• Highly motivated and ability to work independently on defined tasks as needed
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, written, verbal and personal

Job Classification:

• This position requires the candidate to be on-site in our Edina, Minnesota based offices 5 days a week, M-F
• Candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs on an ongoing basis with no restrictions
