Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring and onboarding process at our Farmers Branch office. This role is responsible for managing pre-hire onboarding in Paylocity and sourcing candidates through Indeed and LinkedIn. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who can stay organized, focused, and handle administrative work while also engaging with new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-hire onboarding (background checks, drug screens, new hire paperwork) 
• Track candidates in Paylocity and maintain accurate records 
• Communicate with candidates to complete onboarding requirements 
• Source candidates using Indeed and LinkedIn (Smart Sourcing) 
• Support interview scheduling and recruiting operations 
• Assist with new hire orientation and candidate experience

• Admin, HR, or recruiting experience is a plus
