What We’re Looking For:

✔ Basic maintenance knowledge (plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair)
✔ Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset
✔ Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
✔ Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office 365 and mobile devices
✔ Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); bilingual is a plus
