| WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The EOL Technician Co-op will support end-of-line testing and manufacturing operations by assisting with product testing, troubleshooting, data collection, and continuous improvement activities. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a production environment while supporting daily operational needs. 

| WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Assist EOL Technicians with product testing and verification activities 

• Follow documented work instructions, test procedures, and safety standards 

• Capture and document test results, defects, and observations accurately 

• Support troubleshooting of basic test failures under technician guidance 

• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards) 

• Support continuous improvement and efficiency projects 

• Communicate issues or concerns promptly to the Group Leader or technicians 

| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

Education

• Currently enrolled in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing-related program (co-op eligible) 

Skills

• Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude 

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures 

• Strong attention to detail and quality 

• Basic computer skills (data entry, Excel preferred) 

• Willingness to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with manufacturing, testing, or lab environments 

• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement concepts 

• Familiarity with basic hand tools or test equipment 

Physical / Work Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods 

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed 

• Adherence to all safety and PPE requirements
