Internship Program Overview

The Paid Internship Program is designed to provide students and early‑career professionals with meaningful, hands‑on experience in a professional work environment. Interns will contribute to real projects, gain exposure to day‑to‑day business operations, and develop practical skills aligned with their field of study or career interests.

Learning & Development Opportunities

Internship Duration & Schedule

  • Duration: Up to 10 weeks
  • Schedule: Full-time or part-time, based on business needs and academic requirements
  • Location: On-site, hybrid, or remote (role-dependent)
  • Start/End Dates: Determined by program calendar and department needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare market comp analysis for both commercial and multifamily portfolios
  • Evaluate market rent and concession packages across Denver market
  • Conduct market research, touring properties and demographic studies
  • Assist with reforecast and budgeting initiatives
  • Participate in acquisition reviews and underwriting

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
  • Strong interest in gaining practical experience in a professional setting
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); additional tools may be role-specific
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation

  • This is a paid internship
  • Hourly rate is competitive and based on factors such as academic level, field of study, location, and internal equity
  • Interns are compensated for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the applicable country without sponsorship
  • Must meet minimum age and employment eligibility requirements
  • Availability for the full internship duration, unless otherwise approved

  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods

Compensation

      • Estimated Starting Pay: $19.29
        • Exact starting pay is determined by merit; seniority; geographic location; education, training, and/or experience related to job duties and responsibilities
      • FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Eligible for Overtime
