Spend your days supporting older adults with cognitive changes and their caregivers. This position supports the Programming Specialist, works with older adults individually and in groups, assists with planning and implementing programming.     MORE ABOUT THE ROLE: A typical day consists of preparing the space at the beginning of the day, assembling materials needed, ensuring safety and security of the center, leading programs, cleaning and disinfecting space throughout the day, completing clerical tasks as assigned, and assisting with participants activities of daily living.     CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: A creative and flexible approach to working with people Knowledge of Dementia and related diseases A caring and patient heart The desire to bring out the best in people Respect for older adults A team approach to wirk     BENEFITS WE OFFER:   Jewish Family Service of Cincinnati offers a professional, friendly, and fun work environment.
