At South Dade Kia of Homestead, we are seeking a dependable and motivated Service Porter to support the daily operations of our service department. This role plays an important part in creating a smooth and professional experience for our customers while helping maintain an organized and efficient service drive.

Your Role as a Service Porter:

• Greet customers professionally during vehicle drop-off and pick-up
• Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles throughout the dealership premises
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer waiting areas
• Support service advisors and technicians by transporting vehicles to and from service bays
• Monitor vehicle flow within the service department to help maintain operational efficiency
• Inspect vehicles for visible damage and report concerns promptly
• Maintain an organized vehicle lot and ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the dealership in a professional manner

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using smartphones, digital systems, and dealership technology tools
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods in varying weather conditions
